  • There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

We do not ship to:

  • ❌ U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • ❌ APO/FPO or military addresses

  • ❌ International destinations

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping delivery time is 5–10 business days after order processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • WhotDeal is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.

  • WhotDeal is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
