WhotDeal.com is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us before sending the item back.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. WhotDeal.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Bank or card provider processing times may vary

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Personal care items that have been opened

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

  • SIM cards, eSIMs, or activation-related products once delivered or activated

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and future order support.
